NdeM 2-8-0 #269

NdeM 2-8-0 #269, made by Baldwin in 1921, sits in a traffic circle in Toluca. Outside frame, 3'-0" narrow gauge. Note the double sand domes, which was common down here. I believe this to be a sister locomotive to #279, which is still operating in Cuautla.
