It is really a road, I drive under it every day on the way to work. It's a pretty good rush timing it right to meet a loco going over while you are going under. The track is the ex-B&O main between Cincinnati and Chillicothe. It used to be double track with a truss bridge in front of the girder bridge pictured. It is now CSX owned, leased to the I&O.
