King Street Station Renovation

Both inside and out, Seattle's King Street Station is getting a facelift. The microwave antennae have been removed from the tower, and the roof has been replaced. For the first time in years, the clock is running, and the four faces of the clock even agree as to what time it is! Right now, the entrance- and baggage- areas are the places where the ceiling is renovated and viewable. The ceiling in the waiting room remains covered with 1960's-vintage suspended ceiling, but that won't be permanent. When finished, the station will be a beauty.
