      Last time I saw an engine of this style was at the B&O Museum, It was the Western Maryland #81 (Click Here). Is the one in your photograph operational or just a display piece?

      The Museum seems to do a pretty good job maintaining the equipment that's operational. within the past month they have powered trains with 4 different engines. Check out their web site at kyrail.org.
