Harzer Schmalspur Bahnen

Germany's most beloved Train Excursion, the Excursion begins at Wernigerode and ends atop of "the Brocken" (highest elevation in Northern Germany). "Der Brocken" was a favorite place for the Soviets to spy on the West. The Company today conducts Passenger, Commercial and Excursion Service in the Harz Mountains Region of Gemany. They have 25 Steam Locomotives and are dedicated to the Preservation of Steam Railroading.
