Russell, This is the most unique looking observation car I've ever seen. Not that I'm doubting you but do you have a prototype picture?
@BarstowRick I modified a German Z scale coach to resemble an observation car for a friend back before there was much American prototype stuff available. He was happy.

It reminds me of the S scale American Flyer passenger cars. I think the windows were slatted differently. Nice work Russell.
