BPEX 2101

A sad sight in Rising City today (1/6/09). Seems 2101 has been sold. Taken with a cameraphone. Compare this taken in 07: http://www.trainboard.com/railimages/showphoto.php/photo/51318 Does anybody know who BPEX is? I looked up the reporting marks but I cant seem to find anything.
