Weathering

Here are my first and second rounds at weathering. First was the Lehigh Valley boxcar (1980's Bachmann) second was the B&O hopper (new Athearn) Sorry for the poor pictures, I'm not an expert and they were taken with my Iphone I tried to ues washes on the first go around and an air brush dusting... I don't think it was too successful. On the B&O I used Pastels for the rust, wiped with a damp cloth and an airbrush to dust the bottom with grimmy-black. I like my second try much better
