042910 15011 Here are my hand made turnouts the curved one were made with the jig but the other one were made with a paper template. overall I saved several hundred dollars but the best part I have got the very best turnouts money couldn't buy and there very DCC Friendly

010110 14541----Here are the rail seats these are made of 1/8 brass angle. When the lift rail comes down it is wedge into place. this system is also good going across doorways and because of the PC Board it dosn't have to be wired. Althought Recommened.

010110 14501------Entry door on helix. There are 90 tracks to lift and set down PERFECTLY back in place I designed the lift rail system based on the lift rail system on a real bridge.

010110 145312 DS64's mounted 2 per board -used cat 5 for wiring to tortoise. when configured this way all wiring can be change for the future just by pulling the board here. ----- with this many boards don't forget to change the I.D's on the 64's cause this will lead to problems.
