Ok, I feel guilty for not posting here. So I am starting a thread. Lets see your G! Here is a Lionel GP9 I custom painted and lettered for the C&O. I have it for sale on ebay right now. I am converting to Kadee couplers and could use some cash. I also have a bunch of Bachmann couplers I am selling.

What if someone has several G scale cars? Are they allowed to show their G string?

In G this would be Narrow gauge, and I don't think there were any narrow gauge built. But I like it. Rode behind one on the Black Hills RR.

The Uintah Railway had a pair (3 foot gauge), but their tanks were the squared side mount style. Those later went to the Sumpter Valley.

That Black Hills loco was originally Weyerhaeuser 110, then sold to Rayonier as their 110.

    BHC #110 in action.
Slightly seen, and heard from aboard the train.
Lucked out this day, since the #110 was running.
Coming back through, the next day, they had a 2-6-2T and 2 cars operating.

LGB center depressed flat with transformer load. They come with arch bar trucks (what is that about) and bumper posts on the ends (European ?). So I added Bettendorf trucks, removed the posts and added MT couplers. Its a horse in G !

It will take the smallest of curves. Everything pivots on the trucks.
