I didn't think that it would be too soon to ask. Who is planning on going to this Convention in June 29 - July 3, 2016 in Kansas? I plan to go to go this year and just wanted to know who else might be going? It cost a bit so it's a planned thing for sure. LOL
I headed there. I've already scheduled the time off from work. The cost isn't much for all the fun you can have. 2015 in Sacramento was my first NSE convention, it was worth the trip.
Yes they sure are fun. I went about four years ago now. When it was in Portland. Great time and figured it was about that time for an N Scale treat. Hope to see you there Glen
They would like someone (hosting committee) out East to come up with a location. You have to have a hotel with adequate facilities for train show, clinics and banquets along with room sales. Then some cool trains to ride near by and fun facilities for tours. Any ideas?

Glen, We won't know which vehicles will be nominated for the awards until the end of April. However, both Trainworx (for the assembled model category) and Showcase Miniatures (for the kit category) have released, or are in the process of releasing, some very strong candidates! I am also hoping other manufacturers will be releasing new vehicle models in time to be nominated for an N Scale Vehicle of the Year Award at the 2016 convention. Carter
