I have been posting about this kit for how many months now? And I am sure there are those of you who want to scream if you see the phrase "sugar beet" one more time, so I promise this is the last thread about the project!

I have finally finished Building #3 of the set and can now offer the entire industry, along with smoke stack! You've seen pics of the original from my layout, but here are some versions of Building #3...

I'll have all these at Amherst in 3 weeks. In the meantime, please order lots and lots!

Got just the stack? The sugar Factories around here look a lot different. The stack is a great start.

You have done a excellent job of capturing what I remember. Switch the warehouse to the left, put a elevated hopper dump and washout shed in its place, add some coal, coke and limestone piles, and several rows of three story piles of beets, along with a large yard full of beet hoppers and I am a young man back looking at the Holly Sugar factory.

Yup that little tank engine that used to push the hoppers up the ramp into the wash out building is in the park on display now.

I have been meaning to give to give credit for the lathe work on the smokestacks to trainboard member bfc1230 whom I am lucky enough to have as a friend and as the president of the n scale dept at our club. If he wasn't doing them, I probably wouldn't have them to offer.
