I've ordered a new Athearn Challenger (Clinchfield with the single stack) that I'm going to convert to a D&H. Anyone know where I could get decals? The only source I could find was from back in 2002 on another forum from an outfit called North East in Cincinatti, Ohio. However, the old posts indicated no response from the firm. Suggestions? Thanks!

Northeast Decals has been out of business for years. No one has stepped up to replace this loss. They had a lot of sets no one else has done.

Yeah,I really miss them. They had a lot of great stuff,CNJ,O&W,don't know why the heck they dissapeared.Wonder what happened to the actual stuff, fonts, etc? I'd kill for O&W diesel sets,I have two, need a few more to do some F3's.Looking for CNJ blue/orange diesel sets,too..

With Northeast Decals, I think the proprietor, who was in Massachusetts, died and afterwards his daughter in Ohio was filling whatever orders she could from the remaining stock, but it was a closeout type of thing, not
a continuation of the business. Even that must have been ten years ago. Yes, Northeast decals made hundreds of quality decal sets for N scale, a great contribution to the hobby, and greatly missed today.

    Agreed! It's a great fraternity.
