I usually post to the HO Whats on you workbench, but Flash suggested I post the pictures of my completed cars also on this thread, so here they are. I usually have a number of cars in the pipeline and complete about three a week. All start as undecorated kits and may be built as is or changed to match a specific prototype. They are then painted and decaled. This is the second car of this class I did, an Atlas 6 Bay Covered Hopper, painted aluminum and lettered with Oddballs Decals. This is a Front Range ACF Boxcar that I painted in a NP Scheme that was used on 10 cars that the NP rebuilt with DF loaders and painted in a special paint scheme. Lettered with Champ Decals. This is the second car of this class I did with a LBF 52' Greenville car standing in for a similar Bethlehem Steel car. Painted Black and lettered with Highball Graphics decals. Thanks for looking! For this picture I've used a mirror to get this view. My module is not so tall. But the problem is in the mirror, you get a double pic. For such a task you need special mirrors. Wolfgang
Steve, This D&RGW scenery looks awesome! So realistic. Well done. Smaller scales realy have the advantage in building realistic scenery.
Front Surface Mirrors are super expensive, but if you want to make your own, here's how. Still a groovy shot! Lots of great work, all!
