Well, If the timing is right I know what my wife is going to get me for Valintines day. The ides of March? Maybe a first day of spring celebration? Easter? I got plenty of reasons linned up for this one!
I have not purchased any Z Scale since the BN Don Bouchard GP38, and do solemnly vow NOT to purchase another Z loco until the AZL Mike's come out. Unless some other loco comes out first!
Robert, a man has to know his limitations.....and you sure know yours. Trains......most men's weakness
I guess it's time to start saving my lunch money. This is one of the most exciting things to come around in a while. Dan S.

Just thought about your comment. Did you know that we designed the Mikado with a special feature? REAL SMOKE! No kidding! To activate the REAL SMOKE feature, turn your transformer up to 32 volts A/C (or more) and your Mikado will make REAL SMOKE. Legal Note: Warranty voided after using special Real Smoke feature. AZL is not responsible for damage to locomotive, layout, home, dog, wife, kids, house plants, or any other items of any kind. Real Smoke will only work once. Real Fire will follow real smoke. Do not try this at home, work, play or any other location. Do not use real electricity. Do not say "I Told You So." as that phrase is a Service Mark of AZL and will be repeated to you if you decide to use Real Smoke at your own risk. This offer void after July 10, 2013.
I once had a Bachmann N scale 4-8-4 that had the Real Smoke (tm) feature and real fire in the firebox.
Hi Ed, I did make sure there was enough room in the tender to hold the DCS Z2 decoder - actually sent a Z2 to the designer to make sure there would be enough room. Power and motor leads are all there at the back, so I'm trying to make life easier for you! Best, -Rob(A) AZL
