Download the Australian T-TRAK guidelines Guidelines - Australian T-TRAK and check out section 14 for methods of joining other track to Unitrack.

    N Scale T-Trak Trainboard Group

Thanks BoxCab for the Plug for the N Scale Trak Trainboard Group.

Its not really my Group.... It belongs to any and all Trainboard Members interested in T-Trak. I merely started the Group because I am very Enthusiastic about T-Trak and would love to spread the Enthusiasm.

The interest is "Exploding" because it appears that a lot of the Trainboard Membership has been thinking about it and has not had a Home where to share ideas. So I invite all Members interested in N Scale T-Trak to find a Home at the N Scale T-Trak Trainboard Group. Send me a message, private or public, if you need further assistance.

Unfortunately I just flat out don't have room for ones that stand.. These get put back under my bed when I'm not using them..

Will be continually working on scenery and making them look better as I have time.

    Underbed Layout.

In the words of Artie Johnson, "Vvvery Innnter-resting!" Certainly a quick setup. Would love to see what you'll be doing with this. Makes me think about how to do a larger seasonal layout that is setup on a 4x8 board. It'll be much easier to breakdown, move and store when the Holiday Season is over. Hope you don't have Cats, I have two, they love hiding under beds. They love playing with my trains Hahaha.

    Happy Modeling :tb-biggrin:

It's basically what this will amount to be for now.. Since I'm hoping to move in about a year.. and its something that won't really hurt my feelings if its dismantled.

No animals inside.. So more fun for me!

    ---

I'll post some more pictures this weekend.. The Chicago area is going to be getting messy so I'll have some work time.

Not me. I've lived in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana areas. Boiling and sweating I can do without. Winter is just fine at our home. We are quite used to cold, having lived in the realm of northern US mountain ranges so much of our lives. In summer I have to hide in our basement where it's cooler and can do my work without dripping all over it. So enduring that in winter months as well, ugh.

I have found the German T-trak man and have contacted him by e-mail.

I hope he will show up here!

    Great News

Thanks Thieu, I look forward to interfacing with our German T-Trak cousins. I have already talked with a few people here in the US that would be interested to go to Germany for a T-Trak Meet. I am open to email and phone conversations.

These modules are very interesting. I was giving up hope on doing something in N-scale and am in the process of looking at HO scale traction layout ideas.

That little (pun intended) voice keeps saying to me, "you can almost do twice as much in N as you can in HO!"

My only concern is the fingers and eyes....

How is has the traction power come along in N scale? I would love to do a tram layout!

The module idea is appealing as I can "cut & paste" whatever I am in thye mood for that operating session...

    Traction

There is some Traction models out there. I really can't talk much about it. I don't really do that much with it. I do know a while back someone producted a Doodlebug. and there was a Galloping Goose. I have some European Railcars. I was hoping someone more experienced may have answered you. I suggest that you open a discussion in the N-Scale Forum.

Is the NCat branch of NTrak still active? If so, I'm sure one of those guys will know what is available or possible.

There are some streetcars. Bachmann has the PCC.

Bachmann still produces the Brill & PCC with improved drives, plus their new N scale Peter Witt car is due anytime now. Kato has produced the Japanese Portram light rail cars and the Unitram roadway/track sections to go along with them for the Japanese market. The Portram cars have now been released in all 3 colors in the USA, and they are due/overdue to release their Unitram sections in this country (with American street markings for right hand running) as well, although it is very pricey.

    Regards, Bill

I'll be joining this T-Trak Trainboard Group! I have three T-Trak modules and the club I'm joining has been doing T-Trak for a few years. T-Trak is easier for guys like me who own a railfan Jeep and not a big Grand Cherokee Jeep :tb-wink:
