    Flash,
I have just over 150 Accurail cars, I love them, The extra decal numbers you can order work nice. They are printed on the same color decal paper as the car. All you do is cover up the painted number with the decal, a little Solveset and some dullcoat and you can't tell it has been redone.

Thanks, Andy. I am going to try it. If nothing else, I will have some numbers for a re-paint on another type car.

I have seven stock cars sitting on the bench waiting to be weathered. I also have two cars that need roadnumber changes. Lack of time and a trip to the LHS has prevented me from clearing the bench for the last several months.

I started painting my first Agawam Southern locomotive this week. Got most of the decals on last night and this morning. Boy, stripes are a pain! The paint scheme on this one is a modernized version of the gray, orange, and black scheme which was delivered on the Milwaukee's Alco RS-1s. Aside from my in-ability to get the stripes perfect, i think it is a striking paint scheme on a GE dash 8-40C.

I'll finish off the decals this evening. Just have to put the name and number on one side and then the number boards.

I have 3 of these units and each will most likely receive different experimental paint schemes based off of one of the Milwaukee's former paint schemes. From that point, I'll settle on the one scheme I want to use on hood units. I already have the scheme for wide cabs selected. :)

    Anyone Posting Pictures?

I sure do like to see Wolfgang's pictures of the project on his workbench! :D I mean, you guys don't have to just describe your work. Picture is worth a thousand words, you know?

haha... I'm waiting to post photos of this one until it is done. I'm not doing any detailing to it, just paint for now.

I finally got my Tsunami back from SoundTrax and installed in my Alco FB2. Both have the high base speakers in them, awesome! DJ.

Nice Grampy! I never saw PRR, but that looks as I think it should. I like the weathering above the front truck along the side of the FA unit. It is just as the prototype high-speed freight!

I've recently pulled out a project that I had put away for a few months: A scratchbuilt GP20D. I don't have any recent pictures, but there hasn't been a whole lot of visible progress since I brought it back out. Right now I'm working on adding the walkway tread.

My old pictures are on my flickr page:

    Welcome to TrainBoard.

I looked at the Flickr pictures. Very nice model. I didn't know what a GP20D was as I had never heard of it before.

Can you post flickr pictures here? I'm not sure. Some internet places block the images,

Great work on the copper roof weathering. Not to mention the rest of the structure, too. Very nice!

[edit] That vehicle in the parking lot is a little out of scale, heh, heh, heh...

I have been working on a GHQ Street Sweeper. Fun little build. Should fit my Cityscape quite well.

    Assembled Accurail Cars

This weekend I have assembled six Accurail kit cars for the H0 club. Added metal wheels, Kadee No.5s, and some weathering.
The Accurail cars are very nice.

Sadly, my work bench got packed up about 10 months ago and I haven't been able to set it up again....and I'll probably be moving soon again. Whenever everything becomes unpacked, I have an Atlas/Roco SD35, a BB SD40-2 and a BB GP40-2 all half way through a paint job for my freelance line.

The two locomotives at left are from a group of four that I'm trying my best to finish for the Christmas. They are Athearn shells on Kato Chassis. I've already purchase two Tsunami sound decoders and looking for two more. I have added quite a bit of detail parts to the units and have tons more to do. I have since upgraded the middle unit ditch lights to the top of sill/walkway lights, similar to the unit at left.
