Because P. T. Barnum was right.

Cue the PT Barnum reference again? I can't fathom that, unless there are people bidding who have no idea of list price and/or are just determined to win no matter what.

Not on ebay, but photo is from a well know online retailer. When did they start running the FT B units backwards? LOL

It is also K Track , which is lighter grey and has copper colored joiners. This track was first run and if used , those joiners should be replaced with new version silver joiners, or they will be problematic.

Amazing!! What do they use in Canada to deliver mail, some Rolls Royce delivery vans? Last time I shipped anything to Canada it was a little less than U.S. $6. 00 and included insurance.

Maybe the cars have motors and run around the layout on their own! I have one of the Dodge vipers that they have listed and it's not even to scale. Kind of close, but not quite there.

Racing Champions are die cast collectibles. Those ones aren't to any one scale, but they hover in the 120th to 140th range.
I see unpainted resin n scale cars on eBay for $5+ all the time?

Those cars are used. Usually real collectors want such items in unopened, mint packaging, to have true worth. Thus their value would be low end. Unless one of those is very, very rare, not worth five bucks each. Their size might make them somewhat useful to a person modeling in TT Scale.

Was that with guaranteed delivery within 6-8 business days?

Of course, the really unfunny humour happening with eBay and Canadian buyers right now is the dropping Canadian Dollar. I've been watching an auction for a few days and even with zero bids, the price keeps going up. To make matters worse, the seller for that auction is also a Canadian.

Oh yeah, I wasn't suggesting those are collectible prices as nib would be probably $10+ ea. But unboxed $5 didn't seem all that unreasonable a price on them since they don't look like a child played with them. Advertising them as n scale is however definitely a stretch.

Can't find prices, but here is a Micro Machines fanpage about them:

Well, yes. The question is, are they words that can be said in polite company?
