At the risk of wearing out my welcome, when (or how) does one become eligible to upload images or animated GIF's for signature? And does this prohibition include inanimate GIF's? My signature is bare and I found a website with a small animated loco GIF I like. The designer may be amenable to unanimating one but I haven't asked assuming that I don't qualify for any image or GIF yet or ever. Thanks, Ben
You qualified for a signature block when you joined Trainboard. While you are here at the site, click on "My Trainboard" above the posts. The first option you will see on the left side of the page is "Edit Signature." It is in the same format as composing a message. You can put whatever text and gifs in your signature that you desire. Try it, and if it doesn't work, PM me and we'll work it out.
Yes; but, don't go to wild with the signature and we do need hold them to some standards too. :computer: :computer: :computer: :computer:
My "edit signature" contains the following: Can Upload Images for Signature No Can Upload Animated GIF for Signature No I just assumed that No meant No but I can try it anyway. Ben

Ben, very nice. I NEED one of the 3751 for my web site. How can I contact Dan MacKellar? Thanks. :teeth:
Here is a link to Dan's web page listing roads available. Also contains his email address and his invitation to suggest any GIF's you would like to see done. http://www.trainweb.org/rrgifroundhouse/ Ben
It appears that either 700, 701, or 702 is already available. Hard to read which. http://www.trainweb.org/rrgifroundhouse/spsgif.html On the SP&S page Dan says feel free to use the GIF's on your website, just email him as to the location as a courtesy. Ben
