I'm with you inch. I'm heading out maybe Sunday but not real far. My truck get 15 mpg. If I go 60 miles round trip that's $15 JUST IN GAS!!! TIM
Well, I'm running up the hill this weekend so I'm in for two tanks at least. Good sounding challenge, get out your artists' eye.
And here I had a possible pic for this subject, but I took it 2 weeks ago in Ft. Valley......sigh......:unhappy: Looks like I'm headed out of town too. Hel-loooooo Macon.......
I can get some on foot, I'm a short 1/4 mile from the old PRR [Vandallia] line, All I gotta do is walk through the woods out back a bit. inch
And I may not participate this time! Either not being abole to decide how/what/where for a challenge entry. Or sticking around home and still getting stuff organized downstairs. Simplely because I still have too much stuff to deal with. Either way, whether I participate or not, Good luck to everyone who does partake! This one's gonna be interesting.
At just under 28 MPG, my 6-cylinder FOrd Contour SE can handle it. Now, if I just had a scanner, I could follow the CSX Fitzgerald Sub down to Waycross.......then the Nahunta Sub to Folkston. Ah, smoke, flames, and fast-moving trains!!
Now that the weekend has finally arrived, I think I can get out and find something that will fit this weeks challenge. Only home from work for maybe 15 minutes now. So, something later today. Have an idea, in Denver, so we shall see.......
OK, I will break the ice. Something you don't get to see much any more. THE TELEGRAPH POLE One or two, Would never do, To work at all, You need quite a few.
I just got back to my temporary quarters last nite after a run to Manchester- haven't made it to the local Walgreen's yet. WHen I get the photo CD made, I'll have some pics to shoot.
OK, I like the start! Rail Spikes Three or four You still need more Without a heap The track would be cheap
Nice pic , Steve You go back up the hill this weekend? Man, I love the lighting at that spot. Still remains my favorite spot up there
