Actually you will find topics like that in our Fallen Flags forums as well as within the various "PUN" Topics where you can post FF Photographs right along side Today's railroads.

You see, the FF Moderators would love to see topics about FF in the FF forums is all. Just to give you a feel for the kind of FF topics in those area just in the D&H forum started already with more to come are:
Plus MANY, MANY More great topics. You could use those photographs to start some great FF topics in their respective forums as well or add them to any existing that they might apply too. Nothing wrong with posting the same photograph in several forums as long as it fits the topic.

If you want fallen-flag shots, I can give you examples of three FF lines all within mere yards of each other. I shot these last Saturday up the road in Denison, TX (a former MKT hub):

CEFX SD45T-2 9373 (obviously ex-Southern Pacific- the lack of grime throws most railfans ), with IORY 4050 and an ex-SP SD45 resting on the weekend

MKT caboose 115 on display at the Katy Depot

MP 13731, a "doghouse" caboose used for road service, same location

    And for you CSX fans:

Helm Leasing SD45-2s 904 and 913 (the latter still in CSX colors). Notice the three-unit lashup in the background- that front unit is the Tunnel Motor I shot earlier.

All the motive power is used by Dallas, Garland & Northeastern.

I wondered where those 45's ended up. I know I hadn't seen them in a while.
