At the last club meeting picked up a Vintage by Deluxe Missouri Pacific 2 bay covered hopper, 2 Con Cor 4 bay covered hoppers Farnhamville and Klemme COOP Grain. All need couplers, but not bad for $3.

New arrival today. Bought this from the smiley box store for $20.99 to use as a back street house, unseen for the most part. I must say, I'm amazed at how perfect it is for a builtup structure. I was expecting at least some crooked parts, but this is a nice little house. Possibly a bit of touching up and dull coat, maybe. Available in 3 colors, white, yellow & red.

I've only found one other style house from Evemodel, but it looks more European. This style is labeled as "modern", but looks more like an older style, to me, at least from the left side. This color, yellow/brown, resembles an old house near where I grew up.

Here it is beside an old kit I built in the mid-90s that needs a lot of cleaning and reattached parts. I haven't measured doors and windows, yet, but they look abt the same. Physically the blue is larger. This was an N scale version of a Bachmann Spectrum series "Sears house". It's decent, enough for backstreets, back porch has the slightest bit of sag, but looks like a normal old house that settled over the yrs. I built this without squares, blocks or any other tools.

Here are the ones I bought, but I think I paid $34.99 for the three of them. I'd have to look, but don't think I would pay that much, but could be wrong :) Nope, I was wrong and did pay that much for the 3 of them :) Think I'll get the other new 3 at some point, maybe?

I did get them from Amazon though.

And some different ones that just showed up since the last time I looked for Evermodel houses. I really like their houses, a lot. Used to have some you could assemble yourself I thought for like $12.00, but could be wrong again. It's been so long since I bought them.

Good thing I couldn't find those back in 2017. The area where J&J Horse Ranch is now was originally planned as a housing development or a mobile home park as laid out in this pic from back then...

Ahh, so you found another style. Here's a link to the ones I found last night. I may get 1 more from the 1st link you posted, either the white or red. Obviously they keep these in stock on a regular basis and I agree, very nice houses. Easy to customize interiors, too, since there is no base on the model, at least on my yellow one.

Nice layout and space to have a railroad. Looks huge, I like the cabinet space, too (y)

Got another Miller Engineering beer sign set to replace the one I burned out a few years ago. This time I also got their voltage regulator to prevent a re-occurrence of my previous mistake. Also got a spare controller to try to bring the old sign back to life and some really small chain for securing some vehicles to flat cars.

My chain just came in too! Looks like the perfect size for tying down loads.

Cheap water, I hope. Worth a try.

And foam came in from Amazon to put rolling stock, etc... in it, if it works.

That's pretty cool. I wasn't aware those water patterns were available. Good finds (y)

The LHS had a spring cleaning sale. I got a couple of freight cars, but more importantly I found a LL GP18 tucked away. Between that and all the spare GP20 parts I have lying around I have 2/3 of what I need to kitbash one of SP's low-nose GP9s.

Saw this on a siding and had to have it. Thought about getting two but, much like the payload, that idea got show down!
