Converting a New Atlas loco to ESU Lok Sound

Okay guys,

Thinking this would be plug and play I went and purchased two ESU LokSound 5 decoders for the new Atlas chassis that is designed for them. They come with the speakers installed so the sounds not the issue. I'm using a Digitrak DCS 50. It's indicating the correct address, but nothing happens but the rear light comes on....

Soooo what am I missing??

 

I think these are contact problems.
