    Jim,
The horse's had was not repositioned. I used Preiser or Noch figurine. The head was already slightly crooked.

I try to make preliminary arrangement of the ships. My best idea loooks like this:

    IMG_9101.JPG

I am thinking of another ship. I consider to arrange wreckage lifting scene in the red marking area:

    Pawel,

Like the wagon mods! Nice barrels as well.
I've purchased some nice barrels from here: https://www.allscaleminiatures.com/

I like the vessel arrangement as well.

The last barge to be made. I decided to make it semi-open. One of the most important commodieties which were reloaded in the Poznań river harbour was sugar. I think the original photo probably shows this process:

    cukier.jpg

3D printed barge with additional supporting elements in the loading space:

    IMG_9090.JPG
I decided to make the load of sugar in big bags using Green Stuff:

The barge painted (not finished in 100%) with added closed and open holds:

    Pawel,

Good idea for the bags! What is Green Stuff? The barge looks good. Nice old photo.

I was suggested to add some more items on the lift-pontoon. I think it was a good suggestion:

    IMG_9149.JPG

I started to make re-loading ramps following prototype:

    GS.png

I made them using photoetched 3D profiles and for the first time I try to solder some scenery items. It is not masterpiece but I think it is acceptable:

I made loading containers for cranes based on original ones:

    Port-lata30.jpg

    Still "work in progress" phase:

    Pawel,
More good details! The chutes came out nice! I like the loading container on the right. What size wire is that?
Do you have smaller? I think .01 dia. might be better scale wise.

Scott you are right - the wire is overscaled. I think it is 0,6 mm. I used 0,3 and 0,4 (I think). It looks much better:

    IMG_9155.JPG

I fixed lower parts of cranes permanently as well as chutes. The crane is in the place just to check how it look like. I do not want to destroy it while working on diorama..

    Container 3.0.

I got some criticism about to fat walls of the container. I changed the technique.
Once again some examination of prototype photos:

    czerpak.jpg

    czerpak1.jpg

    Version 2.0 compared to 3.0.
I think 3.0 (right one) is much better both in terms of thin walls as well as general proportion to the crane. I plan to have one more - Version 3.1. The vertical size will be smaller to represent different sizes (see: lower reference photo).
New technique: old "Coca-Cola" can, some wire, bottom made of old plastic skipass + some putty (mostly scrap materials)

I'd say you nailed it! If you kept the original bucket, I'd recommend using a grinding burr and sanding a sharp bevel on the inside edge to make the thickness less apparent.

    Pawel,
Looking better! Shorter in height will be better, the taller one in the photo looks to be 1/3 smaller than version 3.0.

Thanks to all friends' comments I came to the end of "container story".
3.0. container was shortened, I added the second one. Both of them get the stripe on the edge.
Thanks for comments. Final result is much better than starting point.
