It is time to finish some "work in progress" projects. One of them is a streetcar. It got pantograph, driver inside one of the cabs, numbers on the round plates on the roof and directional plates above the front and rear windows. In the reality the numbers were cut in those round plates instead of beeing painted. To replicate this I made decals on both sides of them. On the backside they are mirror images of the numbers. The street car is running very well. I think It deserves a small layout or diorama.
Another project waiting form months to be finished. SP47-002 PKP diesiel locomotive. This 3D printed shell was waiting painted to be finished. I made window glaizing, buffers were added, some details painting was done. I had to do small adaptation of Marklin BR 232 chassis. With sister locomotive SP47-001 SP47-002 with military train:
Totally repainted and relettered steam locomotive. Original German BR41 was conwerted into PKP Ot1. Some details were changed: upper lamps both on locomotive as well as on the tender were removed. Lamps (non-working) were changed, power generator added tender box was made higher. The whole model was repainted and decaled for PKP.
When I noticed this model in 2021 offer of Marklin: https://www.maerklin.de/en/products/details/article/89012 I started to think about building it as a moving car. Those cars were used in Germany and Poland after WWII: I assamblied body: The chassis from Maerklin car was used: The body was impregnated using CA glue and painted with Tamiya spray paint. Some weight was added inside the model and custom made decals were applied.

I found some pictures of beer cars from the time between WWI and WWII. This was a basis for some Marklin repainting and modifications:
Yes. We call it brakemen's shed. Well - let's change the period modelled. Many years ago I bought some repainted by SMZ Sondermodelle coaches from Berlin Warszawa Express. Some were missing to have the whole set. I designed decals and use 3 Marklin coaches slightly changed (roofs, some windows) and have next 3 of them: The new three coaches: The whole train - matching locomotive still to be done:
Roofs: I added proper vents and removed ribs on some of the roofs. Prototypical vents are in a shape of circle. I used photoetched screw heads of different sizes produced for military modellers. This is a very usefull product ! For bike coach I had to remove two smaller windows next to the entry doors.From inside I glued a piece of "plastic paper" by Tamiya and use putty from outside.
