It belongs to a very good friend of mine. It is a former Union Pacific dome/lounge built by ACF that was modified in the 1990s with the open platform. He charters it out along with a sleeping car. Sometimes when he has a dead-head move I "volunteer" to ride on them to keep an eye on them for him. And of course bring friends and family along for the ride.
