@BNSF FAN only ran it on test track... but she sounds amazing, even better than the GMD-1. My second sound loco and I am getting spoiled. Sound is as advertised in youtube videos only better.
Yup, they did it right about a month after the Evangelion was retired. That was a pretty quick turnaround.
Well I received an early Valentine’s Day gift from my wife! It’s a woodlands scenic Chevrolet pick up! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I love these Woodland Scenic 'Auto Scenes'. There are several HO versions I would like to see in N Scale. Sent from my SM-J737T using Tapatalk
Ordered mine from a hobby shop near Seattle, so it was only a 45minute drive from me... but still took 4 days to get here... lol
I am getting ready to start my third phase of my layout project by wiring the whole layout. After that this truck will be positioned next to the woodlands scenics H& H feed store that I received from Christmas. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have to finish the garden, assemble the shelves for the garage and wire up the light for outside. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Having recently gotten one of the Micro-Trains DODX sets, I have been looking at more military train videos and have developed an interest in building up a whole train. I want a variety of vehicles and found some 3D models made by PnP Trains on that auction site. They arrived today and I am quite impressed with them. I got an M2 Bradley and an M977 HEMMT truck. These did not have to be cut from a supporting structure like most 3D models, appear to require very little cleanup, and when compared to the Micro-Trains HUMVEE and M1 Abrams tank models they appear to be right in scale. Looking forward to seeing how these paint up. Will be ordering more along with some olive drab and gulf armor sand paints.
Not a train, but train related anyway! My copy of Lime: A history arrived in the mail today. Was able to return Docs copy today, finally! Ordered Jan 21, shipped Feb 1. Think Denver was under a Non essential people closure at the time I placed my order, as I eventually got an email, thanking me for my order, and that it would ship soon, as they had not been in store. Now, to find shelf space for it! As well as another small pile of books!
I was going to purchase the Bachman GE Dash 8-40CW DCC and Sound Value Econami. I'm sure it would be fine but then a better deal came along. 2 N Scale: CP SD40-2s Intermountain, and 4 CP SD40-2s Intermountain, ESU Sounds decoders. They will look good adding some sound with my Kato SD40-2 in CN Red and BNSF Green! hauling some coal porters. Intermountain Centennial Vancouver Expo 86 - This one added some sentimental value as it represents the year my son was born and the only World Expo I've attended. The Packman version
Looking good. I hope these are a bit heavier than mine is. I have a DC version and it will not pull 10 cars on level track. The loco gets 0 traction. I placed a lead weight on the roof of the loco and then suddenly it had the power needed to move the cars. I still like the loco I have, it is very nice to look at
I did not buy them to look at. Spookshow reports - Got an A rating. "Slow speed creep is one-tie-at-a-time and the top-end speed is quite realistic. Pickup is flawless, with mine was able to smoothly creep through insulated-frog turnouts at yard speeds. Pulling power is exceptional, with mine having no problems hauling 50+ assorted freight cars through curves on level track. I didn't have any problems with any of the wheels derailing (even on 9.75"-radius curves)." One of my buddies said that they do need some breaking in. So they better be on the mark or these suckers will go back - LOL
