CNJ RS-3 1554 works at Flemington, NJ in August 1975. The CNJ's branch to Flemington fell into such poor shape that it was abandoned and a circuitous routing was used to handle its traffic, with cars routed via the PC and Black River & Western to this isolated piece of the CNJ. The 1554 has led a good life and remains in service on the Genesee Valley's Delaware-Lackawanna Railroad.
