Those of us who were registered for the National N Scale Convention in Nashville this year had the opportunity to purchase what I think would have been the Banquet Car -- the one that is provided by Micro-Trains to each banquet attendee. The car was among several in a "gift box" purchase that also included other goodies (in our case, three more Kadee and Micro-Trains items for each of me and my wife). If you haven't seen the car yet, here it is. The graffiti reads, "Are ya'll headed fer Music City? I shore could use a lift!" Note the "Sorry Event Cancelled" sign at the left. The reverse side does not have graffiti (oh, no, he opened the box to verify this!!!) Each insert label is personalized to the recipient with name and registration number, #99 and #100 for us. I don't know if there will be any available other than through the Gift Boxes. Well, there's that aftermarket I suppose...

This just in... I've been told that this "not a convention car" was not going to be the banquet car. That was just my speculation.
