20200503_080426.jpg 20200503_080426.jpg Hi, I hope everyone is well. I have just finished up 18 vehicles from an outfit called EA Electronics. They are '34 and '51 Ford trucks. They are highly detailed and simple to build. They provide decals for some. I used n-scale decals for the box trucks. I prime them with Tamiya and then use rattle cans and acrylic washes. They are then sealed with Dullcote. The '51's even have a detailed engine that unfortunately can't be seen. I'd like to see a version with removable hood so I could do a mini repair scene with a guy doing engine work (it is a Ford) with LED and his feet sticking out from underneath...Still waiting for my Tie crane to arrive. Eric if you use the color I mentioned this is what it will look like. Jim 20200503_080426.jpg 20200503_080426.jpg

Very nice! I think those are great vehicles and you did a fine job painting them. You can never have too many vehicles!

Thank you, Joe. You are correct. You cannot have too many vehicles. 3 garbage trucks is enough to depict a "Sanitation" department. What I'd like to see is automobiles 3-D printed in the same manner: chassis and body. Mid-decades version of various models would be useful. Personally I'd like to see Checker taxis in z. Hat's off to the guys who are making these kits. Keep them coming. BTW. Jim

Love those trucks, Jim. Great paint job with the slightly pale colors, reminds of the die-cast Dinky Toys of the fifties... (or was that just a UK / European thing?)

    Hi, John
You will like these. The sanitation truck also comes with a dump truck so you have the beginning of a DPW scene. Jim

Chris. ZSM is where I get them. You will be pleased with the quality and detail. It is easy to build a small fleet in a short time with a good variety. Enjoy building. Jim

Mr. Ford must be rolling over hearing these comments. He is clearly a victim of "What have you done for us lately?" Jim

Thank you. Good luck with the new printer. Keep us posted. A lot of people are producing some really nice stuff. I'd like to see some automobiles. Best. Jim
