I am considering river harbour diorama. I am looking for European style river barge/tug. I do have old Artitect barge - unfortunately it is not available any more. Do you have any suggestions about possible products to be used ?
Hey Pawel, Artitec did re-release the barge and added a tug. Check out: http://artitec.nl/index.php/en/kits/category/z-1220 Matt
Hi, Pawel. Sounds like a good idea. Nansen Street Models does have several styles of barges available. They are all US-style but isn't a barge a barge? They are cast resin. There is: Eire Canal style, open scow, flat deck and covered barge styles. The covered one looks most European. They are available on ZSM or other LHS. Take care. Jim
I'd love to help you but I just have to offer this tugboat. It's a WW2 and post-WW2 era 85ft harbour small tug. Used in the US and in several european harbors through decades. Joao
Thanks but they are still not That is very nice tug but too big for the river harbour. Thank you for your help. By the way - any new Russian models ? Military trucks ?
That is really good but I am afraid also an old production - I can not find it in any place. Do you have one for sale ?
You may want to ask Peter Nolan ---> https://nscaleships.com/z-scale-ship-index/three-european-barges-in-z-scale-60-m-80m-100m/
You can check on the forum at ModelWarships.com. With so many new 200 scale ships coming on the market, there has got to be something that you can use.
