I'm considering ordering the DesPlaines Hobbies brass handrails (SSA102) for an AM GP35. Can anyone share what size phosphor bronze wire fits with those stanchions? I'm considering .015 or .020. I'm not certain of the process, does the wire thread through the stanchion, or is it simply soldered in place? I also assume the stanchions are CA glued to the body. Any insight would be appreciated. I probably should have mentioned that I DID talk to them and they didn’t have an answer.... their wire is from Tichy and I have some .015 that would convert to a little over 1 scale inch..... .020 would be more like inch and a quarter. I’ve seen .019 recommended for a scale rail, but I haven’t been able to confirm that, nor have I found that size available. Thanks Andy
