WOW! That is awesome! What a great place to put a layout! How did you get the electrical in there and did you need a CO from the town?
The power and water come in under ground and the sewer of course goes out under ground. The electrical box has the two mains with 30 amp breakers (240v between the two or 120 from each to neutral). The two wall mounted electric heaters and the tankless water heater are 240V. The wiring is all through the wall and ceiling studs. The place that I bought the container from delivered it. There is no town for at least 15 miles in any direction, so no permits.
