Coming back from the dark side back to the N-ormal scale. Meds I'm on are helping my hands to work with N scale again. Plus much more scenery and stuff to build looking forward to this.
Hi Vince, I speak multi-scale as well, no sin in that I originally entered this hobby in HO scale. Dabbled briefly with N scale in the early 1970's, but HO scale remained as my primary interest. In 1989 I made the plunge with both feet into N scale. In 2001, I briefly dabbled with G scale, but ended up staying with N scale. Sometimes it's fun just to test the waters and see what other scale have to offer. I've said it many times because of my eyesight due to getting older, if I had the room and money I'd switch to O scale. Yes I still have all my HO scale and G Scale, nicely packed away just in case
Centses hehehehehehehe I have none lol. I know to much I guess I need to go into the witless protection program lol.
I cant fault you! I started with Tyco HO scale back in the 80's, then went to higher quality HO in the early 2000's, and I have been known to build trains or rolling stock in "L" scale from time to time as well. Right now my main collection is N scale with a couple bits of "L" in for color, an O-n30 Xmas train and I want to build a G scale garden layout as well.
Gosh there's no punishment for this behavior. You are free to practice, I mean play with N Scale Toy Trains. Nothing wrong with that. Welcome home.
Vince!! Welcome back to N-ormality! Which is oNly a better version of Reality!! Yup, that dark side was a starting place for me, too, years and years ago. Even had a Lionel set, for my little boys when they were very young. So, yup, a little dab 'll do ya! Then that Big Boy headlight comes blasting through the tunnel!!!
