    I think it's a peculiarity of the photo. I just found a video and photo taken on Wednesday and Nickel Plate Road shows proudly on the tender. Great to see some eastern steam on the move. (y) 611 will visit Spencer, NC at the North Carolina Transportation Museum for some special events starting Nov. 1st. No fan trips though. :cry:
