    Frisco 4-8-2 steam locomotive 1512.
I have this road number in my N scale collection, it's one of three Frisco steam locomotives.

More photos of Frisco 4-8-2 Mountain 1522 in Wyandotte and Fairland Oklahoma May 19th, 2001. Joe Lovett

My daughter and I picked up the train near the Oklahoma/Missouri state line and chased it to Claremore. They stopped in Fairland for water and spent the night in Tulsa. We had a great day seeing the locomotive, my daughter even had fun.

Hard to know, but the presence of all that lumber being unscorched means it wasn't on fire.

It's possible that it was carrying a non-flammable liquid or that it was empty at the time.

That guy's checked pants confirm the photo's date. :D

Looking at the evidence, I'm guessing that the Northbrook wreck was on the MILW several miles north of Tower A-20 (at Techny) if that's the Edens Expressway Spur on the right. Signals look MILW too. All just conjecture on my part.
