Missing MT Undecs

I guess I didn't get the memo. I took a break from painting and decaling my own stuff (of about a year) and just recently caught the bug again only to find that nobody carries MT undec rolling stock. When did this happen and how did I miss it? Now I need a hard to find car (actually two straight sided flats...a VERY unpopular car) for a kitbash and NOBODY has them. I guess I'm just venting, forgive me...

 

There was a move away from kits and undecorated models since the early 2000s, but they're coming back in popularity it seems. That being said, N scale needs a manufacturer comparable to Accurail in HO!

Some paint stripper and walla an undec flat.

 

Best bet would be to email/call MTL direct and ask if they have the undec in stock.

 

Should have said something sooner, just sold about 70 MT undec 4o ft boxcars

Yeah those: 44000 straight sided flat cars. I need to make some 40' straight sided flat idler cars to switch my car float.

 

Did the dealer in NY still have any of those cars?
