Howdy Trainboard members! I'm new here in the board. I'm from Germany in the near of the capital. Since my childhood, i'm a model railroader. Early TT scale and for about 12 years N scale. My favorit is PGE, BC RAIL and CN, ok...and a little bit CP. My layout is a two level layout with a helix and have round about 60 meters Code55 track. My passion is British Columbia Canada in landscaping, scenery and rolling stock. The landscaping is explicitly as nature with currently about 4500 trees! The trees are special designs from Netherland and the landscaping is self made over many many hours (to the joy of my wife ) My layout is DIGITRAX DCC controlled with a lot of sound engines, only ESU. My wife and me, we are every year in British Columbia....every year there are many new inspirations. Describing everything is definitely impossible. The best discription is my YouTube channel:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC85G6oJot-U6sFX7_OGNRWw?view_as=subscriber Yes, I am now to share our common hobby together. And sorry for my not so perfect english See you soon and happy railroading Thomas

Welcome, Thomas! I have found that non-North American modelers tend to do a fantastic job modeling North American prototypes. Would love to se some layout photos!
Welcome aboard. We'd enjoy seeing more videos and pictures of your layout. Uhh..am I the only one who can't see the video? i have a friend who grew up in England and that's all he models while living here in the U.S. of A.
You English is very good Thomas. Love your layout. Could watch trains over the Sqamish Valley Bridge for hours. Next to the Schynige Platte railway in Switzerland, the British Columbia Railway is my favorite. We rode the RDC's from North Vancouver to Prince George and the scenery is incredible. Loved the turquoise lakes. Welcome to Trainboard.
@Milne Thank you! Yes, BC is great. The people, the impressive nature and the railroads. Unfortunately, the BC RAIL is no longer active. But, some mixed freight trains sometimes have a BC RAIL car.
