Bowling alley would be great. The Sons of Hermann Hall here in Dallas is a great live music venue upstairs, and in the back downstairs where the bands get ready there are 4 lanes that you have to stand the pins up on your own. Its unused, but the history there is the cool part of the story. They've got a small bar with cheap Shiner and the best hamburgers ever. Definitely a true Texas honky tonk.
