You also see NS's AGS North District and CSX's W&A Subdivision trackage parallel to the C&C....unfortunately we couldnt catch a CSX or NS freight with the 2 Southern ladies.
I have no idea....looks like it has been covered over with ballast or could have gone to a defunct industry
It's been quite a while since I have been around that location but I don't remember that switch being there so I had to check it out using Google Maps. It doesn't show there so while that doesn't look new in the video, that switch is a "relatively new" addition. In seeing that there is a new switch set out on the other side of the diamond as well, makes me wonder if a new connection between the NS and CSX is being put in there.
