    Is this museum track? Or? Also, is that the real NC&St.L paint scheme? If so, I cannot recall ever seeing it pictured in color.

    This track is the Belt Line which connects the TVRM to the C&C Railroad at 23rd Street, afaik this is a real NC&StL paint scheme.
