Not sure if I should post this here or Narrow Gauge. Anyone every seen or done any Nn30 or some may call it Nn2 1/2? Just wondering. Everything I would think is scratch built. If this belongs in Narrow Gauge please move it to correct Forum. Rick
I know some N scalers have used Z scale track. Is that close enough to call it Nn30? Doesn't/didn't Republic Loco Works make some Nn3, which used Z track? In HO, we switched decades ago to calling it HOn30. Same meaning as HOn2&1/2, (30 and 2&1/2 being identical), but not as clumsy as the original reference.
Hand lay then. Unless by some accident perhaps T gauge could be useful. But I have a feeling it is well under the required spread.
For those inclined to larger sizes, On18 is popular for modeling little critters in an industrial type of setting.

Oddly, that Wikipedia page does not seem to show HOn30. But does show Nn2, etc. Which the latter has not been around for anywhere near as long. Hmmm....
You just won't let a fellow be lazy will you? It didn't have HOn3 or HO meter gauge, either. I fixed it. They're there now.
As I remember z scale track In N scale is around 42". Though about doing it, but I will stick with my N scale standard gauge.
