Actually, ops isn't too challenging, except switching. The layout has handled an AC12 cab-forward, but I admit it didn't feel at home. Would you believe: there's an area on the layout that's a 2.8% grade. But its prototype (Siskiyou line near Steinman. OR) is a 3.6% grade. When I rode the cab, we used 4 GP38s and SD45s to pull 30 loads from Medford to Hornbrook. Scott
