Thinking of refurbiished steam, I wish we could see one of these taken out, and run again on an excursion!

If they try to restore one of these, it will easily take a few million bucks. Because they'll have to make the parts instead of buying them cause no one makes them anymore.

Sounds like the same cost as steam. Were none of them retired, operable? All were broken?

They were oporatable when they were retired, but they were savaged for other parts. Sad, isn't it.
