N15 is a Whitcomb, which now belongs to ADF Heavy Industries (formerly Dominion Bridge)it previously belonged to Pan American Engineering, before that Whistler Equipment, and started life with the Missouri Pacific (all this from the Canadian Trackside Guide). She's been around, but seems to still be going strong, you can't keep a good critter down...

I found this little guy resting over the weekend (June 23th 2007) at a company called Dominion Bridge in Lachine, QC (this was the 1st of 2 long weekends in a row in Quebec!)
