The headlight she has is her main light. Above it lived a UDE light, or Undesired Emergency Light. It was basically a single beam Gyra light with a red lens that came on when the train/locomotive went into emergency. And between the number boards lived a dual beam Gyra light. This was known as the SP Light Package.
