I’d like to get away from using withrottle, and found the z21 mobile app. Has anyone tried getting Z21 to somehow work with DCC++? At the very least the GUI that is associated with z21 - not the actual command station part of z21?
The Z21 is in some way "emulated" in Dcc++, so all you have to do is connect the dcc++ command station to your local network (with wifi or ethernet shield), and then connect the Z21 app to your command station IP address; with a sketch compiled by a russian guy (I think) it's also possible to have dcc++ station acts as a wireless access point, so you don't have to connect to your local network. Sorry for my poor english, I wrote from Italy! I'd wrote also a complete tutorial, but is in italian...
Thank you very much for this information. If you have a tutorial already written, please let me know if you can share it. I’d gladly try to find a friend who can translate it for me.
@LuisM: send me a pm with a valid email address and I'll send to you the complete tutorial with links to sketch and libraries.
