Yep, and I just figured the proper location out. It's at MP 9.11 at the Mount Prospect Road crossing in Des Plaines, IL. This explains the two track main, as the train is on a line that skirts O'Hare Field that carried C&NW and MILW freight traffic between their major yards west of Chicago and their lines north. I'm getting older, but my childhood memories of Chicago are still pretty clear. I feel better now.
