    Yup, just that car.
    It was in a high-priority Spokane-Northtown manifest.

The Western Railway Museum is a few miles from Rio Vista, CA on the old Sacramento Northern main line. When the line closed in 1993 the museum bought it and restored five and a half miles with trolley wire. They have a pretty good collection of rolling stock much of which runs regularly or is in progress of restoration. The trolleys run about a mile around the museum while interurban cars will do the entire 5.5 mile run using a token block system. They are staffed by volunteers and also have a large library regarding electrified railroading in the bay area. Here's their website, well worth a visit if you are in the San Francisco/Sacramento area. http://www.wrm.org/
An older picture I took on a previous visit of a unit built for service over the bay bridge back in 1929, before it was converted for cars.

You may be thinking of the trolley group in Yakima, Washington?

Well, that's on there too, but I'll have to watch it again, but there's a bunch of trolley equipment going around a loop in Cali somewhere.

That's not a bad description of the museum, although they are more Pacific southwest.

    More like Central pacific. ;)
Pacific northwest, geologically starts only around 150-200 miles to the north of here.
Western rail museum is a really nice operation and spring is the best time to see it. Great views of Mt Diablo and Suisun bay
