Unneccesary use of profile posts

To leave a private message to another member hover your mouse over "inbox" and select "start a new conversation". You can then type in another members name, and begin your 2 way conversation. Its easier than profile posts and its private.

When you use profile posts its like using your speakerphone (everybody can hear you).
